Are you looking for apartments on the Adriatic coast? We offer two cosy apartments in the historical city center of coastal town of Koper on the Adriatic coast. These designers apartments are just a short 3 min walk from the main beach and 3 min walk from the main Square with its magnificent Preatorian Palace from 15th century. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator access) of the Tomos block, you’ll find Blue and Red Apartment. Since the floor plans of the apartments are mirrored we still wanted to give a unique vibe to each apartment. Therefore we looked for the inspiration in the near surroundings and were inspired by the sea and the Istria land. When designing each apartment we gave a unique vibe with wall colours, colours of furniture and attention to details.
These renovated apartments on the coast have a very uniq history. Architect Edo Mihevc designed it in the 60s and was build in 1957. Workers form Tomos Factory were first dwellers of this magnificent building with 100 single-unit apartments. Arhitects from Kosi in partnerji took the challenge and redesign the old building transforming 100 apartments into 37 new flats. Price list
During weekend (Friday and Saturday night) the price is higher for 5eur. Between 1.9.-30.6. during school holidays and national holidays the price is at the level of high season (1.7.-31.8.).

We are supporting local economy. Therefore we choose our business partners very carefully. We buy cosmetics products like shampoo and soup from Renčelj Cosmetics. They have their own lavender and everlasting flower fields in Povir (Karst region). Therefore we know that the products follow their philosophy: natural and safe. We folowed teh same concept, when looking for a provider of linen. We found Parvos d.o.o. from Izola. They are the producer of Slovenian brand Bount. Linen and towels are all made out of 100% cotton from Egypt.

Above all we wanted to give our customers best comfort during night. Therefore we choose linen from 100% cotton Mako’Saten Atlas – Saten.

100% cotton 500g gives towels the extra soften, that is why we chose these towels.
Recycling
Above all we chares the nature, therfore we equipped each apartment with different trash-bins to give the guest possibility to do something for the environment.
Free parking in subterranean garage
Parking can be a challenge in Koper, therefore we offer a free parking in a near by (600m) garage.
City center and the beach
In short, you can take a walk in the historical city center (300m), visit the local market (400m) and the next minute you can sunbath on the beach (200m).
